You will immediately feel at home the moment you walk in the door.
We warmly welcome you to our friendly practice where the atmosphere is relaxing. One of our cheerful staff members will greet you, and guide you through what to expect at your initial visit.
We ask that you bring your Manitoba registration card or private insurance card and a copy of your benefits if possible. Please allow an extra 15 minutes to complete your paperwork in the office before you see Dr. Ron.
First Visit: Exams and Initial Treatment
You can expect the following to take place:
- Dr. Ron will conduct an interview to get your in-depth history.
- You will have a postural and neurological exam to rule out any neurological abnormalities.
- Dr. Ron will perform range of motion and muscle testing.
- If he determines X-rays are needed, you can have them taken on-site. (An assessment by a radiologist will be made.) After X-rays are taken Dr. Ron will review them with you.
- He will then devise a preliminary treatment plan for you.
- You will be given some form of treatment because we want to get you pain relief right away! (Note: After the first exam, which will be done in private, you will be given a choice to have treatment in our open area or in private. The benefit of being in the open area is being able to see firsthand how chiropractic can help various health conditions. “Our patients are able to soak up healthy tips and tidbits without even realizing it,” says Dr. Ron.)

Second Visit: Treatment Plan Explained
When you return for your second visit, Dr. Ron will go over your in-depth treatment plan that includes a diagnosis, the length of the treatment plan and the approximate recovery time. This visit also includes additional rehab and modalities. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for this appointment.
Subsequent Visits: Implementation of Treatment Plan
On third and subsequent office visits we may perform periodic re-exams along with the implementation of the formulated treatment plan. Please allow 15-20 minutes for these visits.
